My name is Marri Metz, I am a local resident of Whidbey Island and was raised on Fidalgo Island. I wear many hats: I am a proud mom to two amazing girls, I am a focused entrepreneur and a passionate party planner. 

As a mom, my children are my world. I love spending time with them, whether we're reading books, building forts, or exploring our property together. Being a mom has taught me patience, empathy, and the ability to multitask like a pro!

My girls inspire me to be the best version of myself and to pursue my passions with courage and determination. 

Marri & Tyson Metz, a dynamic couple whose roots are deeply intertwined with the beauty of Fidalgo and Whidbey Islands. Raised on Fidalgo Island, both Marri and Tyson navigated the journey of education from kindergarten through high school in the picturesque town of Anacortes.

Marri truly got the best of both worlds, living on Whidbey Island while commuting to Fidalgo Island for school. Growing up in both communities, she became a thread woven into the fabric of each. After high school, Marri embarked on a creative journey, ultimately earning a BA in Studio Art from WWU.

Tyson, with 15 years in the refinery business, is now an Operator at the Anacortes Marathon Refinery. His dedication ensures the refinery remains a safe place in our community, reflecting his commitment to making our surroundings secure and thriving.

In 2012, Marri and Tyson's paths converged, leading to a beautiful love story. In 2017 they sealed their commitment at the scenic Campbell Lake in Anacortes and are now proud parents of two lovely daughters. Born in Coupeville, their daughters now light up the halls of the OH school district.

The spark for Island Inflatables ignited when Marri and Tyson noticed a gap in party rentals for island residents. Fueled by their creative minds, they envisioned a business that would not only bring joy to celebrations but also become a part of the communities they hold dear.

Island Inflatables is more than just a business; it's a passion project rooted in love for our islands. We want to contribute to the communities we grew up in and are now raising our children in. Join us on this exciting journey, filled with laughter, celebration, and the joy of bringing people together.
