How it Works!
Please note that rental duration does not apply to balloon orders, as all balloon rentals are per day. Arrangements can be made for pick-up after the event or the following morning. Enter your preferred dates and times, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Complete your purchase with a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your reservation.
All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before your reservation date.
If your desired reservation date is unavailable, please call or email us to discuss booking options. This typically indicates that we have multiple deliveries scheduled that day.
After booking, you will receive an email with a link to a form to fill out for your customized design preferences.

The sooner you complete the design form and contract online, the more time I’ll have to work on creating your design.

If your order includes delivery, you’ll receive an email with delivery times. For pickup orders, a reminder email will be sent the day before.

Some balloon orders can be quite large. If you've ordered a large design, please keep in mind that we may deliver it fully assembled or with minimal assembly required, depending on the order. For some orders, I may need extra time for assembly at the location before the event. If you have any questions about deliveries or setups, please contact us.
