What types of events can I rent party supplies for?

We offer party rentals for a variety of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, baby showers, and more. Our inventory includes inflatables, balloon arches, custom vinyl and more.

Can I make changes to my rental order after I have reserved it?

Yes, you can make changes to your rental order up until a certain 2-weeks before your event. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your rental order.

Do you deliver and set up the party rentals?

Yes, we deliver and set up services for all of our party rentals. Our experienced team will ensure that everything is set up and ready to go before your event.

What happens if an item is damaged during my event?

We understand that accidents can happen during events. If an item is damaged during your event, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assess the damage and determine the best course of action. We also offer accidental damage at check out to insure your reservation.

How do I return the party rentals after my event?

After your event, simply leave the party rentals where they were set up. Our team will return to pick them up at the agreed-upon time and location.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we are transparent with our pricing and there are no hidden fees. The price you are quoted is the price you will pay, unless you make changes to your rental order.

should i reserve an inflatable operator for my event?

We suggest if you have 100+ guests at your event to hire an Inflatable Operator. It will be a weight off your shoulders knowing a trained operator with an inflatable safety certification is on site. It can also give you peace of mind knowing you don't have to constantly be monitoring the occupants. 

What happens if the weather is too windy or raining?

Island Inflatables WA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rental due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for bad weather, disruption of electrical service and/or unfavorable conditions that may arise and no charges or fees will be reimbursed as a result. Morning of cancellations due to weather (wind or rain), before delivery truck has left the shop, are eligible for a raincheck or a 50% refund.
