Thank you for choosing Island Inflatables WA for your celebration! To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we have established the following payment policy. Please take a moment to review and familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Reservation and Booking:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required at booking to secure your reservation. The reservation is only fully confirmed upon payment of the full balance, but the deposit is needed to hold your selected date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled reservation date.
Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods: - Credit/Debit Cards & Venmo (cash and checks are not accepted.)
Credit Cards on File:
Our rental platform "Booqable" and "Stripe" automatically encrypts your credit card to hold on your client file. We cannot see any of your card information. Credit cards will automatically be charged for any late cancellation, damage or cleaning fees that may be applicable or in the case you have a remaining balance past due.
Late Payments:
If the remaining balance is not received in full by the specified due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund and includes a minimum fee of 25% of reservation total.
Late payments may result in the loss of the booking and the possibility of rebooking will be subject to availability.
Any additional charges or fees incurred as a result of late payments will be the responsibility of the renter.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 14-days prior to the scheduled reservation date will be eligible for a full refund of payments made, aside from the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14-days of the reservation date will not be eligible for a refund. And are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of rental fee.
Cancellations due to ferry schedules and cancellations are subject to partial refund. We do everything we can to get your rental to you on time but sometimes the WSF has circumstances to where we cannot get to your event location. Renter will be refunded 75% of total rental charge in these cases.
Modifications:
Any changes or modifications to your reservation, including changes in the rental dates or event location, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Requests for changes or modifications must be made in writing and approved by Island Inflatables WA.
Damages and Violations:
The renter is responsible for any damages caused to the rental property during the stay or use of equipment.
Any damages or violations identified after the reservation pick up will automatically be charged to your card on your client file.
In the event that damage or violation fees are charged to the renter’s card on file, but the card does not go through. The renter will be held responsible for the remaining balance and are subject to an additional fee and/or legal actions.
A detailed inspection of the property will be conducted before and after the rental period. to assess any damages.
Disputes and Liability:
LoveTree Lane LLC, DBA Island Inflatables WA, will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the renter or any guests during their reservation.
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold LoveTree Lane LLC, dba Island Inflatables harmless against any claims, costs, or expenses arising from the rental and reservation.
By proceeding with the reservation and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with our payment policy.
