How it Works

Order Request Form: Begin by filling out a request form. In the form, you will describe event details, theme, color palette, and any specific preferences you may have. We value your input and aim to understand your vision to deliver a design that exceeds your expectations.

Reservation Date: In the request form you will request your event date and times. These are not guaranteed. We will be in contact with you shortly after your submission to confirm if that date is available for floral design. If you want to know about availability ahead of time, please contact us before filling out the reservation form. Order must be placed over a week before your reservation date.

Customization: Based on your order request, our Florist will create a unique floral design tailored to your event.

Rental Agreement: Our florist will be in contact with you regarding any questions and finalizations of your design. We'll provide you with a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions and send you an invoice with payment link.. This document will cover the duration of the rental, delivery and pickup details, care instructions, and any necessary requirements.

Delivery and Setup: On the day of your event, our dedicated team will deliver the floral arrangements to your venue. We'll handle the setup, ensuring that each piece is placed with precision and care. Our goal is to create a captivating atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on you and your guests.

Pickup and Return: After the event, we'll coordinate a convenient time to collect the rented floral arrangements. Our team will carefully disassemble and pack the pieces, ensuring that everything is handled with utmost care. You get to keep the flowers! But the vases are property of Ciarra’s Floral Design.
