How it Works

Concession and backdrop rentals are the only items eligible for delivery; all other rentals are for client pickup. Concessions can also be picked up at our storefront if you have a vehicle large enough to transport them.

Delivery & pick up

Party rentals are delivered either one hour before your event’s start time, on the morning of your event, or at another pre-arranged time. Party rental pickups occur at the end of your rental period unless otherwise scheduled for the following morning. Each rental includes instructions for operation, and all concession machines are operated by an 18+ renter, as IIWA staff operators are not included.

All Day Party Rentals

  • Select Your Rental: Choose your party rental and, if applicable, review available package bundles to ensure you receive exactly what you need. Reach out if you need help selecting the best option.
  • Checkout: Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with your rental contract form, including details on any specific flavors or options to confirm before your event date.
  • Confirmation: The week of your event, we’ll reach out via email to confirm delivery or pickup arrangements.

Book a Party Rental

When the event winds down or equipment is no longer in use, unplug any necessary units and gather all IIWA rental items. We’ll handle all cleaning, so no need to worry about any mess. We’ll coordinate pickup or drop-off based on the arranged schedule.
